To spearhead Matcha Made’s expansion into the United States, we crafted and implemented a strategic business development plan. This involved identifying key market opportunities and developing a robust assortment plan based on thorough competitor analysis. We forged essential relationships with major retailers and successfully introduced the brand, securing significant distribution channels. Our efforts culminated in a nationwide launch, marking a major milestone in Matcha Made’s growth and establishing a strong presence in the U.S. market.
